Shipping
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, as fragrances are bottled to order to ensure freshness.
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99, which helps cover packaging materials and USPS shipping costs. We keep shipping rates as low as possible and use recycled packaging materials whenever we can.
Delivery times vary by location, and Ground Advantage may take up to 7 business days in some cases. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
At this time, we only ship within the United States due to international shipping restrictions. Some international customers choose to use freight-forwarding services, which is done at the buyer’s own risk.
Returns
MadHat Scents does not accept returns. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll gladly work with you to provide a replacement.
